Optimys - Organic Virgin Camelina Oil Bio - 50cl

Optimys organic camelina oil is one of the richest vegetable oils in alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3) since it contains more than 30%.

Our Organic Camelina oil is of 1st cold pressure. It is obtained by a mechanical process, the press, which is done at room temperature, it is the most traditional mechanical means. It does not involve heat or additives, thus preserving the essential nutrients of oils (vitamins, tocopherols, essential fatty acids, pigments ...): their active ingredients and therefore their virtues.

Its taste, slightly reminiscent of asparagus, is a perfect complement to vegetables and starchy foods.
